Southern girls love pretty things!

I had a rustic wedding before rustic was cool. Yep, it's true... Over 15 years ago when I married my True Love (wow, how time flies!), I had a true Southern wedding: plantation house, the sweet smell of magnolias in the air, a sticky summer heat, AND Mason jars and galvanized metal aplenty. Yes, I got quite a few eyebrow raises and quizzical looks from the more traditional guests, but I didn't care... In my mind, what flower girl wants a stuffy white basket, when she can have a old tin pail?!

The years passed happily... The sweet romance of the Newlywed years, the birth of our beautiful first son... The birth of our beautiful second son... The birth of our beautiful third... son (of course!)...

But under the surface was a need. A need to create pretty things. Yes, my 3 boys are pretty (moms can say that!), but never would I get to be a pillow-case dress maker, a ruffled bloomer sewer, or a ribboned hair bow assembler.

I remembered the pretty things I made in the past for my wedding... The lovely mason jar center pieces. The sweet ribbon-tied handmade programs. The adorable gingham table runners. The unique daisy seed favor packets.

And now here I am, making pretty things for you, with a smile on my face, and ink stains on my hands.

And by the way, I wouldn't change my 3 dirt-smudged, Popsicle-stained, hot wheel-totin', Mama-huggin', sun-kissed Georgia boys for anything in the world!

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the custom nature of my business, all sales are final.

I am not responsible for any omissions, errors, or mistakes in printed goods once the Final Proof is approved, regardless of how the error came about. Any resulting re-prints will be at the expense of the buyer. I take great pride in the quality of my work and if you believe that an item was not made with the care and attention to detail that you expected, please let me know immediately. If the defect is found to be substantial, I will repair or replace the item for you.
Payment
Because of the custom materials that I prepare for each order, payment in full is required to place your order.

I accept payment through PayPal, Credit Cards, and Etsy Gift Cards.

For international orders, there may be additional tax and duty to pay, which is levied by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping
I will begin to hand make your goodies as soon as possible after payment is received. I need to know the date of your event, that way a suitable production timeline can be established. I will work with you to accommodate your event date and deadlines. I ship via USPS priority mail or FedEx, so it will take about 2-3 days to receive your item after I ship it.
Additional policies and FAQs
Wondering how much each invitation will cost to mail out to your guest? The cost of postage varies, based on weight and size. I always suggest taking one final invitation to the post office, and having them check it for you. Square shaped invitations typically cost more to ship than rectangle ones. Also, embellishments such as ribbons and rhinestone brooches can increase the cost. I'm not responsible for any unexpected costs in mailing out your invitations.

I love custom orders! Send me a message letting me know what you are looking for and I'll do my best to accommodate your request! Some special orders may take extra time to process due to the time consuming nature of my products. I ask that you be patient as I work hard to complete your order and contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

Customer satisfaction is important and I rely on positive feedback and word-of-mouth to provide exposure and grow my shop. If you are happy with your order, feel free to leave me some feedback in my shop. And, be sure to let your friends and family know where to find me - www.AnnaLouAvenue.etsy.com!

Thank you for trusting AnnaLou to help make your moment YOURS!
