"My name is Anna, and I'm Addicted to Yarn"

I love yarn. I can't visit a store that carries yarn without stopping in that department to pet the yarn. Yes, I pet the yarn. I'm drawn to yarn by the colors but then I've got to to touch every skein, cake or hank that I see. I then have to purchase at least some of it, usually way more then I need for my next project. This probably makes me a bit of a yarn hoarder. But my yarn is not hid away in a pile somewhere, I have each one bagged in clear poly bags and stacked neatly on an endless number of shelves taking up every inch of wall space in my craft room, displayed so that I can see them and be inspired.

I don't really just hoard the yarn, I use it too. I have at least 5 WIP's (works in progress) going at any given moment. I make lots of personal items for myself and gifts for my grandchildren and friends, and in between every personal item I make, I also make one child's blanket that I donate to a local organization that works with abused & neglected children in trauma. For this reason, when I see pretty yarn that would make a nice child's blanket I tend to buy a ton of it. I can't possibly use all of the yarn I buy because I don't have that much lifetime left, ha ha, but I can't seem to stop myself.

So.....I opened this Etsy shop to help me move some of the excess yarn that I couldn't seem to stop myself from buying when I fall in love with it. I enjoyed that experience so much that I became an official yarn retailer. I now stock yarns from many different manufacturers and even crochet hooks and supplies. So please shop around and know that 90% of the yarn that I have available for sale was once a yarn that inspired me to make a blanket for a child in need of a little kindness from a stranger.

Do you combine shipping?

YES! Etsy's shipping calculator is set to calculate the total items size and weight, and use your zip code to figure the best USPS shipping rates available for you to choose from. I have no control over the USPS rates, so please understand that.

How long after I pay for my order before you ship it?

I Usually ship Monday thru Fridays (excluding holidays). I try to processes all orders within 1-2 business days, however there are times when I will need to be away from my shop on a weekday. On those rare occasions I will change my handling time for listings so you can see the estimated date for delivery.

When I am away from my shop for more than a day or two I always leave my shop open to allow shopping in my absence, but will change my shipping settings to show no shipping until my return date. In this event I also post it in my shop announcements, so shoppers know it before purchasing something they need asap. Thank you for your understanding.

Gift wrapping and packaging

YES! I offer Gift Wrapping. You will need to select that option and pay a small fee for the Gift Wrapping service. This small fee helps to cover some of my wrapping materials costs, plus any needed outer packaging to protect the wrapping during shipment.

If try to use non holiday specific wrapping so the gift can be for any holiday, birthdays, mothers day, etc.

What is Your Return Policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase you may request Return Authorization approval under the following methods and conditions:

1. You MUST give me the courtesy of contact within 3 days of delivery And BEFORE leaving a negative review or filing a case against me. Kindness and cooperation begets kindness and cooperation.

2. If we have discussed the situation and agree that returning the item(s) ordered is the best resolution, then carefully pack the items for safe return shipment. Be sure to get tracking on your return package. Ship within 7 days of return approval.

3. Upon receiving undamaged, unused returned item(s) I will refund the purchase price, less my original cost of shipment., unless cause of return is my fault.

Do I need a Return Authorization to send an item back?

YES! A package returned without a prior Return Authorization approval will be handled as follows:

~If the returned package is POSTMARKED WITHIN 7 DAYS of it's delivery date to you, and the item(s) are not used or damaged, I will only refund 75% of the items purchase price. (= 25% restocking fee withheld)

~If the returned package is POSTMARKED 'MORE THAN' 7 DAYS after it was delivered to you, I will NOT issue a refund. So Do NOT send an item back with or without a return authorization if it's been more than 7 days since you received the order.

*I do NOT refund my original shipping costs, (also applies to orders that shipped for Free).
