Do you combine shipping?

YES! Etsy's shipping calculator is set to calculate the total items size and weight, and use your zip code to figure the best USPS shipping rates available for you to choose from. I have no control over the USPS rates, so please understand that.

How long after I pay for my order before you ship it?

I Usually ship Monday thru Fridays (excluding holidays). I try to processes all orders within 1 business day, however there are times when I will need to be away from my shop on a weekday. On those rare occasions I will change my handling time for listings so you can see the estimated date for delivery.

When I am away from my shop for more than a day or two I always leave my shop open to allow shopping in my absence, but will change my shipping settings to show no shipping until my return date. In this event I also post it in my shop announcements, so shoppers know it before purchasing something they need asap. Thank you for your understanding.

What is Your Return Policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase you may request Return Authorization approval under the following methods and conditions:

1. You MUST give me the courtesy of contact within 3 days of delivery And BEFORE leaving a negative review or filing a case against me. Kindness and cooperation begets kindness and cooperation.

2. If we have discussed the situation and agree that returning the item(s) ordered is the best resolution, then carefully pack the items for safe return shipment. Be sure to get tracking on your return package. Ship within 7 days of return approval.

3. Upon receiving undamaged, unused returned item(s) I will refund the purchase price, less my original cost of shipment., unless cause of return is my fault.

Do I need a Return Authorization to send an item back?

YES! A package returned without a prior Return Authorization approval will be handled as follows:

~If the returned package is POSTMARKED WITHIN 7 DAYS of it's delivery date to you, and the item(s) are not used or damaged, I will only refund 75% of the items purchase price. (= 25% restocking fee withheld)

~If the returned package is POSTMARKED 'MORE THAN' 7 DAYS after it was delivered to you, I will NOT issue a refund. So Do NOT send an item back with or without a return authorization if it's been more than 7 days since you received the order.

*I do NOT refund my original shipping costs, (also applies to orders that shipped for Free).
