5 out of 5 starsBought this as a gift for my sister’s birthday and she loved it! The little box is beautifully made. It has a very nice color and details on the outside and inside. I also choose it because it was ready to ship and Annemarije shipped it the same day (even though I did. It specify that I needed it quickly). It arrived the next day (as we are both in The Netherlands), a few days before her birthday, so that was perfect. Cannot be happier with this purchase and looking forward to shopping here again for gifts for others or myself!

Annemarije Glastra Ceramics
For unique handmade ceramics, inspired by architecture, scandinavia and nature.
Annemarije Glastra Ceramics is a small ceramic design studio that was founded in 2017 because I wanted to share my love of making ceramics. Everything is made in small batches in my small home studio. Almost all items are made using my potter’s wheel and I feel totally relaxed sitting behind it. I aim to create useful items that are easy on the eye and fit well in everyday life.
About Annemarije Glastra:
I have an architectural background, spent many years living in Norway and am a big nature lover; I expect you’ll see this back in my designs. Because of this love of nature, my kiln and potter’s wheel are powered by 100% Dutch windpower and all my leftover clay gets recycled to make new things, nothing goes to waste. My packaging materials are almost all fully recycleble.

Sizing details
I always mention the size of the item in centimeters/inches. But mostly I also add a recognizable object for scale.
Custom and personalized orders
If you see something you like but would like a different colour for instance, I'm happy to make any custom order for you, if that lies within my abilities!
Care instructions
All the items are high fired and therefore durable, food safe (lead free) and dishwasher safe. Although I recommend hand washing since a dishwasher uses harsh detergent and ceramics can easily get chipped.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I carefully wrap the items myself, but as it leaves my hands it is out of my control. When in the unfortunate event someone decides to use your package as a bouncy ball, please contact me immediately upon arrival. Take pictures of the damage, also of the packaging and how it arrived. I will give you a refund.
