How to store natural soap after purchase
Remove the soap from the cellophane bags and place it on a shelf, not touching each other, in a cool, dry and well ventilated area and keep it out of direct sunlight, as natural colorants used in the recipe may fade.
How to use natural soap
Natural soap will last longer if kept dry between uses. Please use a soap dish with drain holes and keep it away from direct streams of water.
Why does natural soap “sweat”?
Natural soap is temperature sensitive and will often «sweat» in the humid weather (especially traveling far distances in warm trucks during hot weather) due to the high content of natural humectants: butters, oils, and other natural ingredients.
• If you receive the soap and some of them look like they have been sweating a bit, or have a thin layer of condensation, don’t worry. There is nothing wrong with your soap, it’s not melting, it's just the natural humectants doing their job. Just let the soap air dry following the care instructions.
• If you receive the soap and some of the wrappers are damp from the natural «sweat» of the soap, just follow the care instructions and use spare labels to replace the damaged ones.
Warm weather shipping: What we are doing to avoid the problem
Since melting is a natural reaction to heat and there is no way that we can fully control the weather and high temperatures in trucks and mailboxes during shipment, we cannot be responsible for damaged products. But we do our best to protect your soap from damage and help our customers to receive their soap in mint condition during hot months:
• We check every product before it's packed for shipping.
• We pack every soap separately in the cellophane bag.
• We use sturdy boxes to prevent mechanical damage of soap and put them in a plastic postal envelope to protect the contents from getting wet.
• We wrap our delicate products in bubble wrap or other padding to add another layer of insulation.

• Follow soap care instructions after receiving the order.
• Track the status of the package to get it as soon as it arrives at your destination.
• Arrange delivery to the address where you can receive the package immediately. So that the package is not stored under melting sunlights for hours.
• Use the option «express delivery».

We make and slice our soap by hand, that's why there may be slight difference in size, design and pattern as compared to the pictures shown on this site.
What if I'm not at home when my order arrives?
• If you are not home during delivery, the courier will leave a notice with information on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery. This depends on the postal service in your country.
• If the item is unclaimed after 15 days then it will be returned to the sender.
• If you miss these terms and your item is returned to me for this reason, I will send your order again. As a buyer you will be responsible for re-delivery shipping costs. Unfortunately, it is impossible to cancel an order and refund the cost of purchased item.
• Re-delivery will be provided after receiving the undamaged item in unused condition and in the original packaging.
• Please review the item photos and descriptions before purchasing. Measurements and details of each item are included to allow you to make an informed purchase.
• Actual color of the product may vary due to differences in monitor calibrations and the nature of the product.
