I make my items lovingly and with great care especially for you! But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it up to 10 days after receiving your item for a full refund (minus the cost of shipping). Please email me at annieandolive [!at] sbcglobal.net for a return shipment authorization prior to returning your purchase. Return shipments must be in original packaging and condition and must be unworn. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Please pay promptly via Paypal. If you are new to Etsy and Paypal, please note that simply clicking the "submit order" button does not complete your transaction. Don't forget to "choose your payment method" (remember, Paypal is preferred!) and then click "Submit Order." Etsy will take you to a confirmation page that has a green button that says "Pay with Paypal" - click on this and Paypal will take you through the steps. It is very simple and you do not need to have a Paypal account in order to do so. Please contact me if you need further instructions. I do, on occasion, accept other forms of payment but this is on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me via email (annieandolive[!at]sbcglobal.net) to discuss other payment arrangements.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

I ship out your items as quickly as I can (barring the occasional fever, stomach bug or classroom party). I make most items *as they are ordered* and so your item might not ship for 5-7 days after payment is received. I like to use Paypal shipping but occasionally trek to the PO to mail your packages. Please make sure your address is correct in your Paypal account as this is the address I use. If you would like your items shipped to a different address, please let me know in an email. (annieandolive@sbcglobal.net) I always ship with Delivery Confirmation service (US orders only) and First Class Mail unless otherwise noted. If you would like your tracking information, please contact me and I'd be happy to give you the number. (with Paypal shipping, you automatically get that number in an email alert).

GLOBAL SHIPPING:

I ship internationally via USPS First Class International Parcel. Unfortunately, this service does not allow for tracking, insurance, or confirmation of delivery. If you are needing any of these services, please contact me and we can discuss other global shipping options. As always, any customs fees or duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

I *occasionally* accept wholesale orders. Please contact me via conversation if you are interested in my items. Please note that the little embellies and special touches may be of limited quantity.

OTHER BUSINESS:

Texas customers will pay 8.25% state sales tax.
