Annie never fails to deliver another beautiful piece of jewelry. This bracelet, just as described, is very unique and can be worn in the daytime or evening. As always, I am delighted with my purchase.

This is a beautiful bracelet with gorgeous stones and a nice, heavy sunflower clasp. Annie does such fantastic work and offers very unique pieces of jewelry. She is a pleasure to work with and I am a forever customer.

I had never seen a more gorgeous, handmade necklace until I happened upon Annie Bates Designs shop. Pictures do not do justice. This particular necklace with a chain that looks antique is probably one of the most exquisite necklaces I own. Annie is a pleasure to work with and she even goes the extra mile writing a lovely thank you note.
Fresh Designs, Classic Inspirations
Life has a wonderful way of taking one passion and morphing it into another. Being an Interior Designer for over 26 years taught me a lot about color, texture, scale, pattern and balance. It also developed a great sense of fashion and style. Understanding the history of art and design adds depth and character to my pieces. I started making jewelry in the summer of 2010, for a relaxing, enjoyable hobby. It quickly evolved into a full fledged passion and the time had come to make a life and career change. Not wanting to be locked into one look, I love thinking of different women...glamorous, earthy, simple and classic, artistic, beachy etc. and imagining what they might love wearing. Creating beautiful, timeless pieces of jewelry is deeply satisfying and becomes even more so when doing custom pieces for my discerning clients...whether it be for their wedding, a special event or everyday living.
Accepted payment methods
I love to smile & laugh as I know you do... communication is vital as it brings cheerful benefits to both of us. Committing to buy an item pulls the item from the shop therefore you are liable to make said payment...Ask questions before committing to purchase to ensure you want the said item. It will eliminate negative feedback against you for non-payment after the fact. If an order is not paid for within 24 hours or if I am not contacted, the order will be canceled.
Many yahoo e-mails go to spam...So ALL communications must be directed through Etsy conversations for me to answer in a timely manner.
I cannot be held responsible for any item once it is turned over to USPS. It is by far less expensive to ensure breakables then it is to buy a cup of coffee...or a gallon of gas...so spend the couple of dollars...and be safe...
It is your responsibility to keep the damage package for USPS insurance claim and or required photo's. All items are available for combined shipping. For international buyers... if USPS ship price is higher at time of purchase than it was when the item was first listed...then I will convo and let you know...if you still want to purchase the item and pay the additional shipping cost, let me know...also if the S&H is lower than quoted in the listing then the difference will be refunded to you. As for periodic offers such as free shipping for purchases that add up to over $50.00...Shipping and insurance is separate from the total of your purchases (price of the item)...therefore it is your responsibility and not included as total purchase price...questions use Etsy
Refunds and Exchanges
The USPS has been known to mistreat fragile packages during transit regardless of my extensively, careful packing. This damage is OUT OF MY CONTROL...so remember insurance is less than a cup of coffee...and a great cheerful benefit to you and me...
If for some reason an unforeseen situation arises, it will be at my discretion whether to offer a store credit or not. I will require a photo of the damaged item as proof of the items demise. No cash refunds for damage goods will be issued. Again, insurance is highly recommended.
