Announcement   Individual solid silver jewellery with interesting form and texture, meticulously handmade by me and finished to a very high standard. FREE P & P WITHIN THE UK

No two pieces of the same design are ever identical, so please note that the piece you receive may be subtly different from the photograph if it has been made to order.

A few of my more complex pieces use one or two cast elements - these I cast in my own workshop from hand-carved wax masters.

All my work is in solid 925 Sterling silver - I never use silver plate, as this has a very short lifespan. Where an additional metal is used to add colour, these are detailed in the listing.

I also work to commission so if you don't see what you want, please get in touch.

Again, a lovely piece and it works as a lapel pin just perfectly! Many thanks, Annie, for your help with customising this, and for the quality of the piece overall. Just lovely! Cheers Philip

In my studio in West Wales, I work predominantly with silver, using etched or milled textures and small hand cast elements. I sometimes highlight with gold and often use oxidation for contrast. My jewellery, often figurative with a narrative twist, is sometimes accompanied by a humorous text to elicit a smile and a talking point. I am inspired by stories and journeys through the imagination but the influence of the sea and countryside where I live is never far away.
All my larger pieces that weigh over 7.78g show my makers mark and are hallmarked by the Birmingham Assay Office. Some smaller pieces, under the legal limit for compulsory hallmarking, are stamped with my makers mark and 925 unless this would be impractical for a given design.

Shipping
I will normally ship within 3 working days of cleared payment, and aim to ship next day.
If for some reason I am unable to ship within 3 days (e.g. a one-off item is on display at an exhibition, or a piece requires hallmarking before shipping) I will contact you right away to give you a shipping date and offer you the choice of a full and immediate refund if you do not want to wait.

I ship more expensive items by 'Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day)' or the nearest international equivalent for overseas orders. These fully insured methods also tend to be the speediest.

Important Note for customers outside the EU: You are responsible for payment of any local taxes and / or customs duties that may be due on delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
In all cases, you must contact me first before returning any item so we can discuss the best course of action.

Faulty, damaged or missing goods:

I will refund or replace and of course refund your postage costs where applicable.

In the case of goods damaged / lost in transit, you must inform me immediately so that I may make a claim against the carrier.

If you change your mind:

I am happy to accept returns (in perfect and unworn condition) for a replacement or refund within 7 days of receipt. However, they must be returned by a fully insured and track-able means of postage as you will assume all risk until I receive the goods.

You will be responsible for postage in both directions and all other costs involved in returning the goods, unless they are faulty or in some other way 'not as described'.

For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be returned unless faulty.

NB: Where an item is made to a specific size (e.g. rings) or otherwise customised there is no legal right to a refund unless faulty or 'not as described'. Please contact me anyway as we may be able to come to a compromise - I want my customers to be happy!
Additional policies and FAQs
Please contact me if you would like a variation of any piece- for example a different chain on a pendant, different gemstone, different size.

Gallery enquiries welcomed.
