Announcement   Are you drawn to the past? Do you find yourself wondering what people's lives were like in the old photos and tintypes? Do you remember when time was simpler and toys were bright and shiney? These are memories I try to pass along in my jewelry creations. It my be a tintype necklace; brooch; coin purse necklace or shiney, bright toy brooch.

My gratification in creating my one of a kind pieces comes from salvaging memories; whether they be toys or broken pieces of jewelry, and repurposing them into something completely different. I like using old tintypes, coin purses and vintage tin toys.Oh, and skeleton keys. Luv them! I never know what direction my designs will take but I always love them when I'm done.

Visit often as there is always something different to see.

So please take a moment to sit back and relax and enjoy the journey through my shop.

If you have any questions on any of the jewelry I make, please do not hesitate to contact me prior to purchase.

I offer layaway for items over $100.00. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required as the initial installment with the balance due in 30 days.

Please be sure to look at my photos; read the descriptions carefully and ask any questions before purchase.

Thank you for taking some time to visit AnnieLorraine. I hope to see you again real soon.

About

Who is AnnieLorraine and What is She About?

She is an artist who has dabbled in many types of art forms. I have created something for friends and family practically my whole life. Maybe it started when we made those plaster of paris hands in grade school and painted them for our mothers on Mother's Day. I spent many years prior to jewelry making doing folk art painting, sewing primitive dolls, embroidery and whatever else peaked my fancy. The art form I have stayed with the longest is jewelry making.

The jewelry I create is meant to harness visions of the past while repurposing that vision into a one of a kind piece of jewelry. I like to work with objects that have a history to them; whether they be vintage tintypes, coin purses, skeleton keys or vintage toys.

I am a self confessed auction addict and flea market fanatic. My jewelry incorporates a lot of pieces that have been repurposed or upcycled from these auctions. I find it gratifying to use these discarded pieces of jewelry and recreate something entirely new.

I also do custom orders so if you have a photo or memento that you would like a special piece of jewelry made from; I am more than happy to create it for you. I work closely with my clients on custom orders to make sure what you had in mind is what I create for you.

Thank you for taking the time to read all about AnnieLorraine. I know life is hectic and you have a million things to do, but I appreciate you taking one small part of your day for me. I will do the same for you.
