Happy repeat customer here! These lovely, and morbid, toys are well-crafted and have great detail in the tiny leather toes and bright red guts. It looks just like the picture. Shipping was super-fast and they arrived in perfect condition. Thank you!

I love these! Yes, you have to have a certain sense of humour to appreciate this toy - but they do make me laugh! They're also so well made!

Using traditional crafting techniques to make contemporary fiber art
By experimenting with traditional crafting techniques, like macramé or embroidery, I find my own way of using them in a different, more modern manner. I love the slowness of the process of making something by hand. It has a meditative quality to it. Designs grow organically and I think this shows in the final product.
I want to keep learning new techniques and keep finding new ways to use them.
I studied Fashion Design at the Utrecht School of the Arts, but I came out of that with a love-hate relationship with the (fast) fashion industry. In the following years I moved away from fashion into the world of fiber art. The only garments I still make are for my two children.
I am a perfectionist, but I see beauty in imperfection and I do my best to embrace imperfections in my own work. Not being perfect means being one of a kind.
Through my work I share my love for handmade unique products, by offering an alternative for all things mass-produced. I hope to spread appreciation for slow design, attention to detail and one of a kind products that actually tell a story and have character to them. Not produced for quick profit, but made with love and attention.
