Sweatshop, really?
Owned and operated out of her home sewing room in East Aurora, NY the "sweatshop" is the cultivation of Annie's DIY (Do It Yourself) passion, environmental ethic, and sewing skills. Although she does work long hours and for seemingly low wages, do not be alarmed by the "sweatshop" moniker. It is a term of endearment that captures Annie's current predicament with her two mini-dachshunds, Porter and Stout.

Returns and exchanges
30 Day Money Back Guarantee covers only product defects (broken seams or hardware) beyond normal wear. If you feel a product is defective, contact us. We will make every effort to repair or replace the product. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
RETURN POLICY
We want happy customers. For standard sized items (as listed on etsy), returns must be in it's original condition and resellable. Contact us and we'll make arrangements. Refunds are made when we receive the item. We do not reimburse shipping fees (unless I made the boo-boo). Do not return your package COD (it will be refused). We will make every effort to make sure you’re satisfied.
For custom crafted items as per your specifications, our return policy covers ONLY product defects (broken seams or hardware). If you feel a product is defective, contact us. We will make every effort to repair or replace the product. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
