I would love to thank you first for your visit in my boutique Anomal Couture.

I, Sonia Leclair, designer behind Anomal Couture, have over 10 year of experience in fashion, from working as customs items designer to selling my fashion ideas to commercial and international brand, I finally find my true voice within Anomal Couture label. I value perfectly cut and construct garment with the best fabric i can find on my local market and authentic ideas for the amazing costumer you are.

Every garment is professionally sewn, Working from my small atelier with industrial machines, every item is done one by one, serged and if not, lined (as it will be mention in the description of the item wanted ) so with that in mind, i can avoid the most i can construction default that may happen on the final product. All garments are made in 100% smoke free and animal free environment.

*To insure a proper fit, some items, like most construct garments, i will ask you (the customer) to fill a measurements chart, so the fit can be the most appropriated to your unique body shape.

Your satisfaction is my guarantee , so i will do the best i can to make you happy.

Returns and exchanges
Since almost every garment are custom made, all item are final sale.
Unless the garment received has inaccuracy with the description given or construction defect. I will in that case give you the exchange option. Item must be return in their original packaging and in unworn or unused condition. Buyer is responsible for the fees of the return parcel. I will send your new parcel only when you will send me the tracking number of your shipping as a reference.

*I will start to work on your garment only when the payment is FULLY completed and all your specifications has been received. From the size wanted to the color chosen.
Shipping
*Almost Every item are custom made, so please allow me 5 to 15 days for the fabrication of your request. A clear shipping delay will be given to you on the purchase of your item.

*Items are shipped trough Canada Post.
Shipping is fully insured and included signature request.

*If you need alternate shipping options, please advise me in advance.
If you need your order expedited, i will give you the shipping options and the delay in the making so you can choose.
Theses option will required additional shipping fees and if necessary, additional fees for the rush.

**IMPORTANT** Some countries have specific customs rules, sometimes taxing merchandise coming in from abroad. The customer only is responsible for paying these taxes in their own country. Please be aware of them, this responsibility is in your hand.

*Normal delay for receiving your parcel

- 3 to 6 business days to arrive in Canada
- 5 to 12 business days to the US
- 2 to 4 weeks for International
