Returns and exchange details
ALL SALES ARE FINAL and we do not accept any refunds or exchanges.
RUSH ORDERS: If you have questions or need an order rushed please contact us BEFORE checking out to make sure your order can be accommodated. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. There is a RUSH item fee that will need to be purchased as well BUT please message us prior to purchasing!
If you do not notify us of a specific date you need the item delivered by, the order will be processed in the standard processing time schedule which is stated on your receipt.
We DO NOT accept returns for orders that took longer than expected to arrive. Shipping times are estimated, but not guaranteed. Once a package in the USPS possession it is out of our control.
SIZING: Please read all information about sizing. Exchanges will NOT be made for items that do not fit. We make every effort to provide detailed sizing information in all listings so please read carefully. Customer satisfaction is important to us and we strive to deliver the best product possible. Please advise me of any concerns or questions regarding your product purchase or sizing information before submitting an order.

Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal integrated through the direct checkout!
Shipping
We offer First Class Mail (4-7 day), Priority (2-3 day) and Priority Mail Express (1-2 day) shipping! During the holiday season, we recommend everyone purchase Priority shipping due to the extreme business of the USPS during the holiday season.
Tracking is included with every shipment, please refer to your Etsy Purchase History to view receipt and locate tracking information.

Please know shipping labels may be run in advance of actual ship day. All items DO ship by their scheduled Etsy shipping day. To check that date please see your receipt or look in your Etsy Purchase History to locate this date.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once in the USPS possession. This is out of our control. I am happy to provide a proof of shipment for YOU to file a claim on your behalf if you so choose for any lost package. NO REPLACEMENT ITEMS WILL BE SENT. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE SENT.

We are also not responsible for packages returned due to insufficient address, wrong address, incorrect forwarding address, no such persons at address or ANY ADDRESS MISTAKES SUBMITTED WITH YOUR ETSY ORDER. No address changes are made when shipping items, they ship with the exact address you provide. If an item is Returned to Sender for any address errors there will be an additional shipping charge for it to be remailed back to the correct address. We do NOT keep a backstock. If you do not repurchased shipping information within 2 weeks, the items will be disposed of and you will NOT receive a refund for the lack of response or lack of shipping repayment. NO REFUND will be offered due to incorrect addresses or package returns due to such problems. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE PRESSING SUBMIT!

Please do not leave feedback based on your experience with the post office and/or shipping times and not our product or service. As much as we would love to control the postal service and deliver your items within our timeframe, we simply can't tell them how fast to deliver it and it is their responsibility.
