Payment
I accept paypal at the minute, but if you would like to pay some other way, just contact me.
Shipping
I try and ship as soon as possible - Mostly because I am so exited that I got a sale that I would like you to have your goodies 'at once'! The arrival of the parcel depends on the service I use.
Orders that are custom made take a bit longer but I do try and be clear on how and when you can expect it to be done. There is no set time as I am stymied by a day job!
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase please contact me... I would hate to think that you are 'hating' the experience.

I will just add that most of the damage done is in washing especially the wool fibres are notorious. I do warn that they are tricky and as far as possible have tested the yarns, but if it shrinks in the wash - and the dreaded tumble dryer - I cannot be held responsible. MY RULE OF THUMB IS ALWAYS COLD HAND WASH AND DO NOT TUMBLE DRY! A COOL/COLD MACHINE WASH ON A WOOL/DELICATE CYCLE SHOULD ALSO BE OK.
