I purchased these totes for a Palm Springs bachelorette weekend and filled them with goodies for the girls. The design was great and fit our theme well, but the bags were flimsier and smaller than I expected particularly for the price. Not sure I would purchase these again in the future.

Hi Jessica, We apologize you were not satisfied with your purchase. We openly state on the listing "Looks like canvas but is very soft lightweight cotton." Totes are priced according to a standard market rate in order to cover our many operating costs. As a small boutique company we do not benefit from many wholesale/lower-pricing rates larger companies get. We would have been happy to immediately refund your order prior to use. Payment
Anthony & Stork requires partial payment for all custom design services. Digital or graphic design services include three rounds of design edits. Please note that since we partner with local vendors, we need a two-week notice or more for large orders. This time includes sourcing, designing, printing and shipping.

We do not issue refunds on custom designed products. Please consider that totes are made of cotton, colors and textures may vary slightly per piece.

Shipping
We love the United States Postal Service and ship all of our products USPS 2/3 Day Priority with tracking, unless otherwise noted.

Please note that we are not responsible for delayed packages due to weather conditions, address changes or failure to deliver in certain residential areas.

Our packages come with $50 insurance coverage. If you would like to request more coverage please let us know.

Our shipping fees include; shipping, processing and admin costs. We will always do our best to reduce costs and keep shipping at a minimum.

We ship on Mondays and Thursdays, expect for holidays weeks. We will notify you of any changes.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your product we are not either. We will do our best to remedy the issue, but are unable to refund large items or custom orders.

We will gladly accept any damaged items within seven business days if the damage or quality issue is a cause of our doing. Our shipping includes $50 of insurance provided by USPS should an item be damaged while en route and in the care of the post office.

Frequently asked questions

Wholesale availability

Yes. We can reduce the cost of items based on the quantity. We carry items in local shops and ship bulk orders anywhere in the U.S.

Generally for totes we reduce the cost with minimum order over 25 and 50. This is based on the market price of the goods and products to make them.

Custom and personalized orders

We are able to customize any tote. We require a minimum of 25 totes for any custom containing gold foil. We require 25 since two screens have to be cut with each color design. The gold requires an adhesive undercoating, before the gold is placed. Since this process is labor intensive, our printing partner requires this amount.

What if I am not using gold or silver foil?

We can accept smaller orders of 15 or more for any designs containing regular inked colors.
