Thanks for checking out my designs! My professional expertise is as an Art Director for a nationally published magazine, but I've been doing invitations, cards, wedding materials, and the like for many years now. And now I've decided to share my work on Etsy for everyone to enjoy!
Also, if you like my work, but don't see exactly what you are looking for, contact me for a custom quote, I can make pretty much make anything happen. Feel free to contact me with any questions or comments, and I hope to be able to help you with any design needs in the future.
Currently I accept Paypal only. If you absolutely must pay by check or money order, please convo me before placing the order.
In order to get your design to you in a timely manner, I always start the job within 24 hours of payment. If you decide to cancel, there will be no hard feelings, just contact me to see where I am at with the design process. If I have already started, I apologize, but no cancellations will be accepted after that point.
For most of my designs, shipping is not required. A high-resolution file will be emailed so you can decide when and where to print the design. I am always available to make recommendations on companies to use.
For my products that include the printing, I will always try to print the design within 24-48 hours of approval, and ship it within 24 hours of that. I ship only via USPS Flat Rate boxes and envelopes, and will provide a tracking number when available.
Refunds and Exchanges
For digital items, no refunds are accepted. If you require a revision after I provide the final file(s), I will do my best to accommodate your request, but I cannot make any guarantees.
For physical items, please contact me if you are not 100% satisfied with the product, and I will do my best to make it right.
