Each item is accurately pictured and will present as much information as a buyer would need to make an educated decision about purchase. If you are unsure of sizing please contact us for more information before buying an item. If for some reason the item does not fit or it does not meet your expectations we will do our best to work with you. If we both agree that the item needs to be returned it will need to do so within 14 days of the sale and the buyer pays for the return shipping. We will do our best to exchange or fix any problem before returning an item.

Q: What happens if I do not pay within 24 hours of purchase?
A: We may have to relist the item, please try to be as prompt as possible.

Method of payment
We only accept paypal as a form of payment. Please make sure that all your paypal information matches your Etsy information so we do not ship your item to the wrong address. It is the responsibility of the buyer to indicate if the item is to be shipped to an address that differs from paypal (such as in a gift situation, more information below) Gift wrapping and cards can be added for an additional cost of $2.50, please see our gift wrap option under items. Make sure to include the greeting that you would like on the card.
Shipping
US buyers
For all US buyers your item will be shipped using the ground service from the US postal service. Clothing items will be shipped for $3.50 and bedding will be shipped for $6.50 unless the item is a bedding set (sheets and comforter) in which case the shipping will be $8.50. Please keep in mind that the US postal service has a timing all of it's own for which we are not responsible. Your item will be mailed within 72 hours (business day)of your order placement. After this 72 (business day) hours the postal service will take an average of 3-5 business days.

Insurance
Shipping insurance can be added to orders over $100, if you wish to add insurance please do so at check out.

Rush Shipping
At this time we cannot rush your shipping, your order will be shipped with in 72 (business day) hours of your order placement. It would not be fair to our waiting customers to put your order before.

Q: What does 72 hours (business day) mean?
A: This means that your order will be mailed with in 72 hours of placement but only on business days which are Monday - Friday. For example, if you place an order on a Monday then your order will be mail any day from Monday - Wednesday. If your order is placed on a Saturday this means that your 72 hours do not begin until Monday which means your order will still be mailed any day from Monday - Wednesday. We ship your items in the sequence that orders were placed. It is possible that your items will be shipped sooner but we can not promise this will happen.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Sorry, at this time we do not ship internationally. We hope to soon in the future. If you are an international customer and want to purchase an item please contact us and we will see if we can work something out.

A NOTE ON SHIPPING
Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for the mishaps of the postal service. Although I wish each of you lived close and I could hand deliver this to your door it is not possible. Therefore, we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged by the postal service. We will do our best to cushion and protect your order for shipping and work with the post. We hope that this never occurs but if something should happen please accept our appologies for the inconvinence but sadly, this is our policy.

Q: What is organic?
A: Organic means the cloth was farmed with out the use of harmful pesticides, with out harsh chemicals and that if baby tries to teeth on it you will not have to worry about what is in his mouth! Q: Do you offer rush orders?
A: At this time we do not offer rush orders. Custom ordering takes it's time and it can not be rushed. If you need an order right away for a coming baby or shower please view our items that are already made.

Q: Will I get the item that is pictured?
A: Yes, most of the time you will get the exact item that is pictured. In some cases, like with hats, there may be two or three that all look the same. With most of our items they are one of a kind creations.

Q: What kind of information do you need from me for custom bedding?
A: I need the measurements of your mattress, if you have a full sized crib then I do not need anymore information. If you have a mini crib, bassinet, co-sleeper or moses basket I will need the lenght, width and height measurements of your mattress (please measure with your mattress pad and piddle pads on.

Q: What measurements do you need from me for custom clothing?
A: Unless the child has a specific need (ex. very tall for his age) basic sizes are fine (ex. 6-9 months. If the child has a specific need please be sure to contact me.

Q: How should I wash this item?
A: Hand washing and air drying is best but most people do not have the time! So for washer and dryer users please use a gentle detergent like Seventh Generation, turn the item inside out and strunch it into a ball. Wash cold with like items and tumble dry. For spot washing you can use baking soda and vinegar mixed with water and lightly scrub, make sure to rinse throughly. For more tips see our blog on www.anyasgreenbaby.com.

Q: I saw an item before but hesitated and now it is sold, can I get the same item?
A: The answer will most likely be yes depending on the item. Sometimes fabrics will be discontinued so you may need to be flexible about colors or textures. Please contact us if you find yourself in this situation.

Q: I like the embroidery on one item but I want to put it on a different item, can I do that?
A: Yes, if you see embroidery that you like on one item (such as a dress) but you want it on your custom bedding that is fine, we can do that!

Q: Can I put custom details in the items such as my baby's name?
A: Sure! We can do that, just let us know what you want (and make sure the spelling is correct!)

Q: I love this one item in wool but my baby is allergic, can I get it in a different fabric?
A: Sure, we can do that, just let us know which fabrics will work for your little one.

Q: I want to send this item directly to someone else as a gift, can I do that?
A: Yes, we will gift wrap and send your item to your special mommy for you. Please keep these in mind when choosing this option, gift wrapping and cards can be added for an additional cost of $2.50, please see our gift wrap option under items. Make sure to include the greeting that you would like on the card. Please double check your spelling, we are not responsible for spelling mistakes. You will need to contact us with the shipping address if it is different from your Esty address. Make sure to do this right after check out so we do not ship it to the wrong address. Once your item has been shipped we cannot change the address to another person.
