Refunds/cancellations are not available on orders that have already shipped.
Products damaged in shipping will be replaced promptly, but ***only accompanied with photos of the parcel itself, and the damaged products!***
While refunds are not available on products already shipped for hygienic reasons, I do care deeply about your satisfaction with your purchase, and I am happy to work with you to resolve any issues with your products!

Redeeming a gift certificate? Lucky you! Simply put your order in and select “other” for payment method, and message the gift card number in your order notes.
Shipping
If your order is a gift, please include this information when ordering, along with your gift message, and I will be happy to get it out a little faster if possible. (Also, happy to include a cute complimentary gift card/gift wrap upon request!)
Additional policies and FAQs
Regardless, to reduce risk of contamination please use all skin care products within 6 months of opening, and dip into containers with clean, dry fingers.
We use as little plastic as we can in our packaging!
If your order ships with bubble wrap, please know it’s on its second use(unfortunately many of the glass bottles ship to us in bubble wrap). More often we use sustainable aspen wood fiber, and cellulose wadding to protect your purchase in shipping, both biodegradable and compostable. All papers/boxes used are made from post consumer recycled papers. Our inks are soy based, and we gladly accept bottle returns for cleaning/sterilizing and refilling!
Wholesale is available to select retail environments, must have a resellers id number.
