I do strive to make everyone happy with their purchases from me so please talk to me about any problems you might have as I will do what I can to make my customers happy.

Should you change your mind upon reciept of purchase, I will refund you minus shipping charges and listing fees. I would also be happy to work out an exchange, but again, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges. If you want to return or exchange you MUST contact me within 15 days of purchase.

Currently I accept paypal as my only payment method. Accounts and shipping addresses must be confirmed or I will cancel the order and refund your payment. I request that payment be made within 24 hours of purchase. Should you need longer, simply convo me and let me know.

All of my shipping is done via USPS. Shipping will take place
within 3 business days for all orders. I do not ship on Saturdays. As required by paypal I will ship to the address used on the paypal payment, unless otherwise noted on the paypal payment. If you need faster shipping please convo me and I will do my best to accomodate your request, arrangements for upgrades to 2-day or overnight shipping are available at the buyers expense.

All purchases within the US will be shipped using delivery confirmation to ensure delivery.

All domestic (US) purchases valuing over $100 will be automatically insured. If your package values less than that, you, as the buyer, are welcome to purchase insurance at the additional cost. Just contact me for details prior to payment. International buyers are welcome to purchase insurance at your expense and I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged international packages. Should a package be lost or damaged, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to contact the USPS and work out the problem. I, as the seller, will be of as much assistance as possible should an incident occur.

Sometimes on combined purchases the shipping charged will be too high, if this is the case, I will refund you the difference via paypal refund.

Most of my items will include my personal stamp (created by: www.anycards.etsy.com)or signature on the back. If you would like an item made without this information, please contact me about a custom item.
