We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all burlap banner orders, if you're not happy with your banner for any reason, simply return the banner to us (within 7 days) for a refund (shipping excluded). Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority!

*Custom Orders Excluded. Custom orders are not eligible for returns, so please double-check the description we send to make sure everything is correct. Of course, if it's our mistake we'll fix it at no charge at all. Thanks!
Payment
Orders will be made upon receipt of payment. If you are ordering a burlap banner, please allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to be handmade and ready to ship.

If you are not sure if your order will arrive by the time you need it, please send us a message prior to ordering. We typically respond to messages very quickly!

*If you wish to expedite production time, you can upgrade to "1-3 DAY PRODUCTION with USPS PRIORITY 2-3 DAY MAIL" at checkout. This upgrade costs a small fee and guarantees a faster production time of 1-3 business days.
Shipping
ALL burlap banners ship via USPS Priority (expected 2-3 day) Mail. {Please keep in mind: the postal service is known to be delayed in their delivery during the holiday season. The priority mail is expected to arrive in 2-3 days, however, it is not guaranteed.}

We provide a tracking number for ALL orders placed with us. This tracking number can be used at USPS.com to keep an eye on your package while it's in transit and out for delivery!

BANNER PRICING:
We currently offer two sizes of our burlap banners: standard and mini size.

- Standard (6" x 6") pennant banners are $14 for the first 3 pennants. Additional pennants are 50 cents each.

- Mini (2 1/2" x 3/ 1/2") pennant banners are $12 for the first 3 pennants. Additional pennants are 50 cents each.

BANNER OPTIONS:
BURLAP: Natural Brown or White
PAINT: White, Light Blue, Light Pink, Red, Christmas Green, Yellow, Orange and/or Black.

*Burlap and Paint color can be customized for any of our current listings. Just indicate your custom request in the "notes to seller" section at the "checkout" page.
