I no longer require proof approvals, however I will still send proofs out if you desire a proof prior to the item being made. Please state you would like a proof by leaving me a message in the personalization box, the note to seller box, or directly messaging me.

I am not responsible for any errors on personalized items if the personalization is exactly as noted in your order. You must repurchase for any remakes. I will happily send you a proof to ensure accuracy prior to making item. Simply state you would like a proof by leaving me a message in the personalization box, the note to seller box, or directly messaging me.

In the case that I made a mistake and the final product differs from your noted personalization, please reach out to me with a picture and I will be more than happy to get a new one mailed out or issue a refund.

Please take a picture of the packaging & product, and send me a message asap! I will need pictures to submit a claim, failure to do will result in delay of replacement or refund.

I will always provide a tracking number for your order. It should auto send once I print a shipping label. If for some reason you did not receive one, please reach out to me so I can provide it to you!

USPS only guarantees shipping estimates on priority mail express, no guarantees on priority mail and first class mail estimates. Please order accordingly to your time frame to ensure delivery. I make and ship orders within my processing time frame, unfortunately shipping delays are out of my control when shipped through priority mail and first class mail. I will try my best to work with you when your order is delayed but I cannot refund you due to your order being delayed.

I accept returns on all non personalized products within 7 business days of the delivery date. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and will not be refunded shipping costs from purchase.
