If we've make a mistake with your order, we will gladly send you a prepaid envelope so you can return the wrong item. We will reship the correct item at our own expense express to make up for the lost time.

We will ship out all orders within a week of purchase. Delivery time varies depending on location but normally arrive within a few days of shipment. If you need a item sooner than that please contact use before purchase to arrange faster shipper methods.

Order by Dec. 10th for best chance for Christmas domestic delivery. Please consider shipping time for international shipments. We will make our best attempt for delivery by Christmas but unfortunately delivery time is dictated by the USPS policy and volume.
