I originally said it was great and high quality but slightly looser than I'd like and Kathy asked me by how much and then sent me a replacement at no extra cost to me. The replacement arrived today and it's absolutely perfect. It's a shame I can't give 6 stars for such great service as well as excellent work

Quality is the Thing!
When I was 17 years-old, I talked my way into an apprenticeship at a grungy little hippie leather shop in Birmingham, MI. There wasn't much in the way of money in the position, but it was a beginning in my journey crafting leather. I loved it from the start and devoted myself to making it my trade.
Now, about 50 years later, I've spread a lot of leather love around the world. It's always a great feeling to bump into a stranger wearing something I recognize from my workbench, as happens every now and then - and it's wonderful to see the pouches and belts I made 30+ years back looking cherished and used but still going strong.
I put a great deal of care and all of my experience into my work, all with the goal of delivering to each and every client uniquely crafted quality leather goods.

All of my tooled leather goods are new items made with new leather, not used. I use a superior grade of full-grain cowhide and carefully selected finishes. The resulting quality is something I stand behind proudly!
