The leather is amazing quality, but the snaps are super hard to close.

This is a high-quality cuff. Nice and thick, but comfy at the same time. Kathy is amazingly responsive – I ordered it a bit too large, and she happily resized it for me. I get a lot of compliments when I wear it.

I originally said it was great and high quality but slightly looser than I'd like and Kathy asked me by how much and then sent me a replacement at no extra cost to me. The replacement arrived today and it's absolutely perfect. It's a shame I can't give 6 stars for such great service as well as excellent work
