Hello! It’s a crazy, messy, loud, loving, and often times hectic Parks Party at my house! My husband and I are the proud parents of THREE little girls who constantly keep us on our toes. Returns and exchange details
Because of the nature of the items in my shop, returns will be determined on a case by case basis. However, shipping costs will not be refunded due to wrong size, color, style, etc. ordered.
If there is an issue due to MY mistake, I will make sure you are compensated.

Shipping
I currently ship items by USPS First-Class Mail (priority upgrade is available), which according to the post office, takes 2-5 business days. A tracking number will be provided with each shipping notification.
If a label has been created for your order (and you've received a notification), it will be shipping out that day or the next. If the tracking is not updated after this, that is due to an error on the post office's part. I can't be responsible for packages after they have left my hands.
****If USPS loses or damages a package, I'm terribly sorry, but I can't be held liable for this. If you would like to pay to upgrade your shipping to include insurance, please let me know! I simply can't pay for the mistakes of every post office, I'm sorry.****
