    Returns and exchanges
    Due to the custom nature of the orders, no refunds or exchanges will be made. However, if a piece is torn or ruined due to shipping, I will be more than happy to send a replacement. Please contact me if there is any other issue.
    Payment
    Items will be started as soon as the payment is submitted. If you would like to cancel and order, message me as soon as possible to let me know.
    Shipping
    Items will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. The shipping costs will be added to your purchase when you check out. I will notify you when your package has been shipped. I am not responsible for the orders once they have been shipped. I do not add insurance or have a package signed for at time of delivery, unless a customer requests it. If an item gets lost in transit or damaged from delivery, please let me know.
