If you are not 100% satisfied, all items can be returned within 10 days of receipt. I will refund money (minus shipping charges), or exchange for another item in the shop with equal value. If your item is damaged, please contact me to let me know, and I will give you instructions on shipping back to me.

The preferred method of payment is Paypal. If you wish to pay by Money Order or personal Check, your order will be shipped out 24-48 hours after your payment has cleared the bank.

Orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of your order.
Within the US:

All items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. All items over $50 will be insured.

For orders outside of US, shipping will be calculated on an individual basis.

If you require your items Next Day or 2nd Day Air, your order will be calculated based on your location. I will bill you through Paypal for additional charges.

I do not accept custom orders.

My work is 100% guaranteed. Most items can be repaired or replaced, if for some reason you break a piece of my jewelry, let me know and I will instruct you how to send it back to me for repair.
