Women's Small will fit a wrist that is 5 3/4" - 6 1/4" around.
Women's Large will fit a wrist that is 6 1/2" - 7" around.
Men's Small will fit a wrist that is 6 3/4" - 7 1/4" around.
Men's Large will fit a wrist that is 7 1/2" - 8" around.
