Returns and exchanges
I'm very flexible when it comes to issues that need to be resolved regarding returns. Please feel free to e-mail me at bee.santori [!at] gmail.com or start a conversation with me via Etsy to see if this is something that can be resolved. Everything will be handled on a case by case basis, but please be aware that returns and exchanges will not be done 30 days after the purchase. If you've kept it that long and haven't gotten ahold of me, I assume it's all yours!
Payment
Payment is through Paypal, ONLY. E-checks are accepted, however I will wait until the e-check clears before shipping out your product.
According to California State Law, I do have to collect 9.25% sales tax for sales within the State of California.

Shipping
Items will be shipped out within 2 business days of remittance of payment. Orders paid for with e-check will not be shipped until the check clears.
Packages will be shipped First-Class. Packages including gift cards (of any amount) will include Delivery Confirmation (Track&Confirm). This is an additional .70 fee, but this is to make sure you receive your sleeve and your active gift card! If you purchase multiple sleeves with gift cards, you will be reimbursed for the difference in Delivery Confirmation fees (since you'll be initially be charged multiple times). If you would like me to include Insurace with your order, please include that in your order notes.
If you would like your package shipped to an address other than your own as a gift, please include that address in the notes during the transaction process. I will automatically send your receipt .pdf via e-mail and will NOT include a printed receipt in the package, unless asked.
I currently do not ship outside the United States, but please keep posted as I'm looking into expanding overseas.
