Returns and exchanges
All sales are final. We will replace items that were damaged during shipping if possible. We strive to send out only the best possible merchandise and wrap in an effort to ensure the item safety. Of course there may be instances that require a customer receive store credit for a purchase, but those instances will be discussed and determined on a need basis.
Payment
We will accept payment in the form of paypal, check, or money orders. Please note that we are not able to ship any item until full payment is received. There is a 5% tax on items sold to anyone living in the state of Wisconsin. We will try and always choose a shipping method that is the most cost effective for our customers. Customers may ask for certain shipping if they prefer. Payments are expected at the time of sale, please.
Shipping
Shipping will be done usually a day after the item is sold, or perhaps the afternoon of the sale. Insurance for items may be requested but will be required on all sales that exceed $100. Shipping cost is always based on the size and weight of an item. We charge only what the cost of shipping and materials cost us.
