Your wrist doesn't fit our standard sizes, choose "CUSTOM SIZE" from the drop-down menu and mention your wrist size when ordering in the "Note to Seller" field so that I can adjust the bracelet accordingly.

⚠️ We craft our bracelets starting from the EXACT measurement of your wrist to which we add a space of 1.5 cm for an optimal fit. This is why the LENGTH of your BRACELET is ALWAYS LONGER than the SIZE of your WRIST. ⚠️

The order will be sent to the name and address you entered when you placed your order. Please verify the accuracy of the information provided, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or delivery problems resulting from an incomplete or incorrect address.

For standard national and international shipments, we send your orders by tracked letter.
This tracking is complete in France and in 45 destinations (see list: https://www.laposte.fr/tarif-lettre-suivie) and partial (i.e. available up to the French border) for other destinations in the world.

If a package is marked as "delivered" and the buyer has not received it, it is up to the buyer to contact the postal services of that country.

The customer has a right of retraction of 14 days from the day of receipt of his order.
Returned products must be in new condition, not worn, and in their original packaging. The customer organizes the return at his own expense by sending a shipment with a tracking number to the address at the bottom of the page.
Once received, and under the present conditions, the seller will proceed to the refund of the order excluding initial shipping costs following the reception of the package. In the case of free shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount. The refund will be made via Etsy.
Personalized products cannot be returned

▪ It is best to remove the jewels when showering or bathing, to preserve the appearance and colours for as long as possible.
▪ I also recommend that you avoid perfumes and alcohol-based lotions on the areas of skin where you wear the jewelry.

All our products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and/or materials.
If the jewelry you ordered had a defect or was not in perfect condition ON RECEIPT, contact me immediately - within 7 days of receipt - so that I can exchange your order.

We do everything in our power to make our exchange a pleasant and satisfying experience for you. But no one is held to the impossible and some things can get out of our control.
