Hello and welcome!

I truly believe in humour and colour and I think all of my pieces reflect that. I make them with a lot of joy and care in my very messy studio!

Returns and exchanges
Refunds and exchanges will only be made if the item is delivered in good conditions. The item must be returned within 7 days after delivery.

Customized items will not be refunded, and exchanges will only be made due to size problems.

Shipping fees won't be refunded.
Payment
All payments are made via Paypal. You don't need to have an account, the only thing you need to have is a valid credit card and an email adress.

I can also accept bank transfers. For that, send me a personal message and I'll give you my NIB.

Items can be reserved for one week, period in wich the payment must be done. If not, the reservation is cancelled and the item is relisted.
Shipping
All items are shipped via certified mail.

PORTUGAL RESIDENTS can choose cheaper shipping fees. For that, send me a personal message and I'll adjust the price for you. I won't be responsible for any delays or problems with shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: all items will be shipped in priority certified mail - it is faster and safer. If you want to add insurance, send me a personal message and I'll adjust the fees for you. I will not pay for additional taxes or customs fees.

Expect 1-2 days for deliveries in Portugal and 5-20 days for deliveries in Europe and the rest of the world.
