Hi,
Two Points Couture is Bymamma190's second chapter.
I am a one-woman company, I take care of each phase of my work process: from tracing your custom pattern for your body shape, to deliver in hand your parcel to the courier guy.
Here I make custom made textile objects and clothing for you.
I make this because I believe in sustainability and human good sense.
I believe we can really love our clothes, learning how they are made, where they come from and the role they play in our lives.
I'm that kind of person who gets really affectioned to her clothing. I can wear the same thing forever, and I repair it, and if it fall apart irremediably, I like to know I can find it again, in the same place, the same thing. Here it happens the same, you will always find what you love or you can always request to be made for you again.
That's why I work only on demand, and because this way I "reinvent the wheel" by reducing waste due to over production and produce only what we really need.

I have been sewing full time since 2011, I have made hundreds of garments and ship them all over the world. I love doing this.

I value my work and I expect you do the same.

Payment is due after purchase preferably through PayPal or Direct Check out by Etsy.
Your item will not be shipped until payment is received.

Ready to ship items are shipped within 1-3 days after your purchase.
Made to order items have a 1-2 weeks turnaround time, I always let clients know the expected turnaround time at time of order.

++For Italy customers, all items are shipped by a private courier service (UPS or DHL domestic). All shipments in Italy are trackable. Your phone number and an e-mail address you check often are required, include them in the message to seller notes.
++For Europe customers, all items are shipped by an international courier service (UPS or DHL domestic). All shipments to Europe are trackable. Your phone number and an e-mail address you check often are required, include them in the message to seller notes.
++For US customers, all items are shipped using registered mail by Poste Italiane. Traceability is available. On orders over 50 EUR -excluding shipping-, your order will ship by an international courier service (UPS or DHL express). ++For Oceania (Australia and New Zealand) customers, all items are shipped using Priority Mail by Poste Italiane. This service is not traceable.

ABOUT EXPRESS SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL:
When purchasing you have a new shipping option: EXPRESS SHIPPING.
EXPRESS SHIPPING is provided by an international courier service or by Express Mail Service by Poste Italiane.
Turnaround is accordingly your items choice, what changes is your parcel carrier. This service provides tracking and faster delivery (within 5 - 10 working days worldwide*).
*Timing is based on a model delivery. Take count timing may vary according destiny and local customs.

For not delivery, delays or lost parcels, get in touch via convo within 45 days after you receive the shipping notification if your parcel doesn't show up.
If your address is wrong or if you are not at home when your parcel is delivered, usually parcels are sent back to Italy.
It is very important you to get in touch within 45 days after you receive the shipping notification if your parcel still doesn't show.
After 45 days if your parcel has not come back to Italy, it can't be found or refund.

Bymamma190 is a tiny small business, I don't handle a large amount of shipments so I can't offer the cheapest or free shipping rate. Shipping is a real cost and I pay for it. Hope you'll understand.

ALL TAXES payment required from your local post office or customs are up to you.
TWO POINTS Couture is based in Milan, Italy.
Remember your are importing goods and your country customs have a legislation about custom taxes and import fees.
I'm not responsible for these additional costs.

**How much time does your item travel before you can welcome it?**
- Shipments to USA with STANDARD SHIPPING option (registered mail by Poste Italiane) usually take 10 - 20 working days to reach their final destination. TIMING MAY VARY ACCORDING CUSTOMS AND LOCAL MAIL SERVICES.
- Shipments to USA with EXPRESS SHIPPING usually take 5-10 working days to reach their final destination. TIMING MAY VARY ACCORDING YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS.
-Shipments to Asia, Latin America, Australia and New Zealand with STANDARD SHIPPING (priority mail) take 2 or 3 weeks to reach their final destination. Upgrading to EXPRESS SHIPPING usually take 5-10 working days to reach their final destination. TIMING MAY VARY ACCORDING YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS.
-Shipments to UE countries, not UE countries and Mediterranean countries usually take 3-6 days to reach their final destination.
These considerations are based on my own experience.
During holidays shipment timing changes a lot and I highly recommend to purchase with lots of time in anticipation before holidays season.

I do my best to send your parcels on time, since I'm not traveling with your precious gifts under my arms and they are under worldwide mail services care, I cannot ensure everything will get on time. Don't forget holiday season is high season for worldwide parcel services!
Refunds and Exchanges
I ask you kindly to read with attention all the item description BEFORE purchasing.
Please, convo me with any question BEFORE ordering so I work to make sure the clothes will be sized correctly.

Each made to order item in the shop is made one at a time following your indications.
It's very important you to read the whole item description and measure yourself or your kids correctly. I really care about making for you a custom garment according your own measurements and requirements. DON'T FORGET to communicate correctly all the measurements needed. Send a convo before purchasing with any question or doubt, I will help you willingly.

I love happy customers so if you wish to return or exchange something for some reason please contact me within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of item(s) so we can work something out. I handle these requests on a case by case basis only.
For returns, please obtain proof of posting when returning your item(s). Your money will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the proof of return shipping. In the absence of the proof of return shipping, you'll receive a 40% of your original purchase. Shipping fees are not refunded.
Returning or exchanging items MUST BE in shipped back in their original package with tags attached. Same way as you received.

Any refunds will be issued according the payment method - Paypal or Direct Check Out by Etsy - (minus shipping charges and a restocking fee of 3.5% minus 22% Italy tax from the price item declared on the custom form if your package comes from overseas) as long as the item is returned in the same condition it was shipped, in the same packaging with hang tags attached.

All returns or exchanges are shipped back to me at customers' expense.
All Italy customs expenses for returns or exchanges are at customers' expense (which is charged as 22% Italy VAT tax from the item price described on the custom declaration form attached to the package).

**ABOUT EXTRA SIZES AND SIZES OUT OF CHART**
I do work on several extra size orders.
Not all garments I offer in my catalogue admit larger sizes so I ask you to convo me before ordering.
All orders in extra sizes are made as "CUSTOM ORDERS" and there is always an extra fee charged for extra material required. This extra fee changes according the item.
If your size is not in my size charts, feel free to convo me anytime to request more info about the item you are interested. I will list a custom order for you.
Keep in mind EXTRA SIZES CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.

**NOTE**
bymamma190 does not make arrival guarantees. Please order with plenty of time to ensure the arrival of your packages. I can't be responsible for not delivery, delays or lost items, unfortunately, I cannot control worldwide postal service. Keep in mind that any holiday season is high season for parcel services.
