Nadine made the most gorgeous felt robot banner for my daughter's 4th robot themed birthday!!! The attention to detail and level of artistry that went into this banner is incredible. We plan on hanging it in her new bedroom so this jewel can live on after the party for sure! The other part of the review that I wanted to make sure was expressed was how wonderful it was to work with Nadine.. she bent over backwards to make sure the banner got to the party by Saturday, taking time and $ out of her busy schedule to ensure that it would be there. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE AMAZING PIECES OF ART! Our photographer is still supposed to send over photos and I will post once I have them. Delightful work and talent that went into these lovely designs. Everyone needs a banner by Nadine! THANK YOU THANK YOU! They are truly amazing & magical!

My friends were amazed when they received this gift! (wrapped and all!) They thanked me profusely and said this banner will be the perfect addition to their new big girl bedroom! It's extra special, unique, and the highest quality craft! I can't wait to see it in person! Impeccable customer service and customizing; I can't say enough about this shop keeper. She's a cut waaaaaay above! 😍

I could not be happier with the whole process of working with Nadine. She takes pride in her beautiful work and it shows. The banner she created far surpassed my expectations. I sent her a photo sample of the fabric used in the room and she really incorporated that design, which was incredible. I will gladly recommend her work to friends! Thank you Nadine, my daughter loves the new addition to her room!

YOUR special event is the entire focus of my store. I want to create the little touches that tie the larger elements of your theme/color scheme together. These are the details that photographers love and create the WOW factor among your family and friends.

I have organized my store by themes rather than by event. However, please remember that most of my work is made to order so feel free to convo me if you would like me to create something just for you. As I develop more themes, I hope to add vintage treasures that coordinate with my themes.

Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before I begin the work. The balance must be paid in full before I will ship your order.

Calligraphy services require a $25 non-refundable deposit to reserve your space. The balance must be paid in full before I will ship your order.

Payment must be received within 3 days of purchase or your order/reserved space will be cancelled. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or need additional information.
Within the US, all shipping will be insured and sent by Priority Mail with tracking. Rush orders will be sent by overnight Express Mail.

International shipping will be insured and sent by First Class International mail. Rush orders will be shipped by Priority Mail International.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to me. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me directly to discuss further. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom orders: Custom or made to order items are shipped only after they have been created and completed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied upon receipt, then you may return it and I will refund 50% of your item purchase price. The shipping charges are non-refundable.

Calligraphy services: I will correct any mistake that I have made at no additional cost to you. Purchase price and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Vintage treasures and ready-made items: These may be exchanged or returned with a 100% price refund if requested within 7 days of receipt of your original purchase provided that they are undamaged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom Orders and Calligraphy Services: Please convo me before placing a custom order or a space reservation for calligraphy services. I do not charge a rush order fee because I will only accept orders if I have adequate time. I will send you a detailed listing of all the information that you will need to provide me at that time.

A personal note: I am very much aware of the economic condition we all face today. These policies are in place to protect you and me from wasting both precious time and resources. For special orders and calligraphy services, I want to do all I can to keep you involved in the process so as to minimize disappointments later. I am open to all suggestions that will enhance my service to you.

Wool. Due to the process of "mulesing" I have decided not to purchase or use commercially available wool or wool products. If there are wool products in my shop, they will have been recycled or purchased from small, cruelty-free farms.
