Hey! Thanks for stopping by and checking out our designs! We love to do custom work, and I hope these policies answer a lot of your questions, but please feel free to convo me with questions or to start a invitation/design project.

These policies apply to our wedding invitations and custom design/print jobs.

Because our work is purely custom I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Payment
MOCK UPS:
Mock ups are free for designs currently in our store...so just ask! :)

DIGITAL FILES:
The digital files for any of our invite sets (invite and rsvp) are $60. Save the date digital files (any design can be made into a save the date) are $30. Map card designs are $30 each, and any additional cards (accommodation, direction, etc.) are $20 a piece. Please convo us and we'll get a custom listing up for you! :) Set up time is 1-3 days from the time we get your wording/colors.

CUSTOM DESIGNS:
For digital file purchases of custom work the full $100 design fee is due up front. For printed invites using a custom design the $100 design fee is in addition to the standard print prices shown in each listing, and is due up front. However, the cost of printed invites is not due until we go to print.

PRINTING ON THE BACK OF INVITES:
Printing on the back of your invites (be it additional information, design, etc.) adds a flat fee of $50 to the order.

Orders need to be paid in full before printing (or shipment of final files if the final piece is a digital file).
Shipping
SAMPLES:
Samples are typically shipped within 1-2 days from their order. They are pre-printed and not customized. Samples do not necessarily match any photos/images in the listings and are what is currently in stock.

PRINTING: Production for printed invitations takes between 2-3 weeks once your design is finalized and paid for.

We ship USPS priority mail unless otherwise requested. Invite packages ship for $17, save the date packages ship for $11. We ship internationally! Please contact for a quote specific to your country.
Additional policies and FAQs
We reserve the right to charge extra design fees if your project is returned for multiple changes (this is especially the case in graphic design projects or truly custom wedding invites). It is important to us to give you the perfect product, but there are times when a project exceeds its estimated time budget and we can no longer offer our time for free. These fees will always be brought to you attention far in advance of them actually happening.

White envelopes are included with each set, any color other than white will cost extra.
