International Mail usually takes up to 4-8 weeks to arrive, and with the current pandemic, can take up to 12 weeks. Please keep this in mind when placing an order.

How do you take care of gold-filled jewelry?
To prolong the life of your jewelry:
Remove before exercising and swimming to avoid sweat, salt water, pool water, and other abrasive chemicals. In general, try to keep dry and away from humidity.
Put on your lotions and perfumes before wearing jewelry, avoiding jewelry area. Avoid any contact with substances containing alcohol such as perfumes and oils.
Use a soft cloth to clean and keep its shine.
Store in a cool and dry place in a small bag away from other jewelry to avoid scratches and humidity.
Our jewelry are delicate and we do not take responsibility for careless use/wear and storage.
Returns and Exchanges? My order arrived and it doesn't fit, damaged, or its a completely wrong item.
It is our priority to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or unsatisfactory item, PLEASE SEND US A MESSAGE IMMEDIATELY, before leaving a review. We will work hard with you to resolve the issue.
