Etsy provides me with your name, address, and payment method in association with your username so that I may complete your order.

I do not share this information with other parties, with the exception of the postal service as needed to complete your order. My in-house assistant helps me to pack orders, but likewise does not share your information.

I do not keep personal copies of your information; any information about you or our transaction is maintained through Etsy's record retention. I do not create mailing lists or use your information for any purpose other than completing our transactions; ownership and transfer of your information falls under Etsy's existing privacy policy.

I am located outside of the EU, and as such the information handling and data surveillance statues may be different from the regulations where you live.

You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me via Etsy. As mentioned, though, the only information that I have is what is provided to me by Etsy to complete your order. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
