Hi there, it was shipped in plenty of time. Unfortunately there was no one to accept delivery on customers end. Completely out of my control. Please see all tracked information. Very unfair review.

Yes a refund was given even though item was posted. Customer needs to check their paypal account . Unfair review.

VERY DISAPPOINTED .... I ordered and paid for a personalised banner on the 23rd August. After sending countless emails asking for a delivery date, I am now 7 weeks on and still no banner to give to my newly born nephew!!! So I would not recommend ( aroominthecottage).

All orders are posted by non tracked non registered post. This standard post does not include a tracking number. For registered post and tracking number please convo me for extra costing.

I will always put my customers first and try and resolve any problems. If you choose to go with standard post please keep in mind that there is no tracking number and I can not be responsible for the postal service if a parcel is mislaid.
