Arrowdale Art Studio (that would be me, Cindy) is happy to welcome you to my little corner of the 'Net, to share with you what it is I do to keep me sane. :) I hope you find my art pleasing to your eye, and perhaps it'll bring a smile to your face.

Returns and exchanges
I personally package every piece for shipping, taking care to protect each piece as needed. In the unlikely circumstance that a piece does become damaged in shipping, I'd do my best to repair or replace that piece. Insurance can be purchased for shipping at an additional cost. We could discuss this in convo.
Payment within 24 hours, please. I accept Paypal only. If for any reason you can't make payment within that time, please contact me immediately so we might work something out.
I ship USPS, first class. As I explained elsewhere, I'm still figuring out the actual costs of shipping, which of course change about the time I think I have it! These costs, therefore, are subject to change as I learn to judge that better.

All insurance and/or customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. I package my items as securely as possible and am therefore not responsible for any damages which might occur in transit.
Additional policies and FAQs
I am available for custom orders. These are in fact my favorite things to do. To know that I caught your vision and brought it to fruition is very exciting - even the process of tweaking out that vision is fun for me.

Each of my pieces is designed by me, and made by me, start to finish. I strive for originality in my designs, so any similarity to another artist's work is unintentional, although, like all artists, I stand on the shoulders of those who've worked in this medium before me. So many dedicated people have come up with the techniques we all use! For their creativity and generosity in sharing their techniques in tutorials and books and DVDs, I am extremely thankful. When I knowingly use another's technique or style, I try to acknowledge that.
