Exchange details for ready to ship items
Ready to ship items can only be exchanged for a different size if it is returned unused and unwashed. Prices will be adjusted depending on the exchange and customer is responsible for shipping.
Measurements
Measurement is key!
Measure your pet several times to assure accuracy. See sizing chart in listing for guidance in proper measuring. Measurements are due at time of order in message to sell. If you need more time to get measurements please contact us. Your item will not be started until your measurement are received. Ready to ship items will have measurements clearly stated in the listing.
Custom and personalized orders
All custom orders are based on the measurements you will take of your dog. If your measurements are correct the coat will fit your dot. Also, your coats will be measured multiple times during the assembly process. If you made a mistake in the measurements, we are willing to do minor alterations. You will be responsible for shipping.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders require a non-refundable fee that will be included in the coast of your item. Should you cancel your order, you will not be refunded the fee. The fee will be 30% the cost of your item.
