I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Reports of shipping or concealed damage must be made within 5 days of delivery in order to qualify for a refund. Check all deliveries upon arrival. All purchases are finalized after 5 days of the date received.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Ship damaged items back within 14 days of delivery.

Accepted payments: PayPal, credit, debit, and Etsy gift cards.

All items must be paid for at the time the order is placed.

Please note that your item will be shipped 3-5 days after payment is received.
Shipping
Original Paintings:
Original paintings are shipped via USPS within 2-3 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has shipped.

Sonogram Paintings:
Custom Sonogram Orders take about 4 weeks to paint and will be shipped via USPS as soon as they are finished! Please plan 4 weeks before receiving your painting. Contact me if you need the painting earlier and I will try to accommodate you!

Fine Art Prints:
Paper prints typically ship within 2-3 business days via UPS Ground shipping. Prints ship flat in a box to prevent the artwork from bending or being rolled. I can ship prints anywhere in the continental U.S. for just $5.00 (as long as the print is 16x20" or smaller)!

Orders Outside the Continental U.S.:
Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or any international orders- just contact me before you purchase so I can give you a shipping quote for your approval!
