Kintsugi Mended Heart workshop
For the Love of Art & the Art of Love
In early March 2020, I was preparing to promote my relationship coaching business at a Mind, Body Soul Expo in April. As a way to add visual interest to my display, I started painting hearts and creating magnets and wall art to sell. I wanted to create something physical that could be used to share and spread love.
Since the expo was been postponed, I created an Etsy shop to showcase the artwork. I am excited to be combining my two passions – art & love! And, am grateful that I have had the time to focus on painting. This wasn’t in my plan but feels like it was the plan all along, I just hadn’t figured it out yet. A version of making lemonade out of lemons, or something like that.
I have been creating art since my mom let me finger paint while still in a high chair. I have a BFA in painting from Syracuse University and more recently have become a certified relationship coach. I am certified in Conscious Uncoupling and Calling in The One, two programs created by best-selling author Katherine Woodward Thomas.
My paintings and magnet/ornaments are an expression of the joy of living a love-filled life which I help people manifest through my coaching practice. Each comes with a corresponding inspirational card. They make a wonderful gift for yourself or someone you would like to send love and inspiration to.
I am also offering art kits so you can make your own. The magnet/ornament kits come with everything you need to create 6 including 6 inspirational cards. Also included is a link to video instructions. The painting kits include a painted wood background ready to hang with a hook on the back.
