5 out of 5 starsKerli is an incredibly talented artist, obviously we can see this through her work. She exceeded my expectations beyond belief in the portrait she did of my dog, literally no one believed me when I showed them the portrait in person that someone had actually hand drawn it. The piece is the epitome of perfection. Yes, the portrait is going to take time and yes, the wait is more than worth it. She is already doing another portrait for me currently of my other dog who recently passed, and I’m sure it is going to again exceed my expectations. She is incredible and her packaging is impeccable as well!

4 out of 5 starsI ordered this on Dec 19 and she still has not finished this yet. From the one picture she has sent, it looks beautiful. However, it’s a little disappointing that I’ve waited this long with very little communication from her. Especially since I paid in full 12 weeks ago.

5 out of 5 starsI love Kerli’s work - this is the second piece I’ve ordered and they’ve both been incredible pieces. They’re packaged so securely. Shipping does take a little while but it makes sense because they’re coming from Estonia and it’s Covid times haha I would absolutely recommend any of her work.

5 out of 5 starsA gorgeous custom piece done for a Christmas present for a friend, the subject being her dog, who sadly passed away. I was so happy with the artwork and couldn't believe the amount of love and effort that went into it, my friend loved it and even shed a few happy tears. It's beautiful and I'm so glad I got it done. The only lady I will go to to have my pet portraits done. Thank you so much. You are truly talented.

Payment
Custom Portraits:
I will email you a photo of your drawing once it is near completion so that you can offer feedback. After you are completely happy with it, I will ship it to you.
All custom orders are prepaid.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.
Shipping
Custom portraits are hand drawn within 3-6 weeks after placing the custom order. I will supply you an estimate after you've placed your order. If you want to give the drawing for a special occasion, please make sure you can give me plenty of time to finish it.
► Original drawings
Original drawings are packed and sent to you within 3-5 weekdays after placing the order and sent to you via regular Estonian mail. Shipping will take up to 2-3 weeks to deliver depending on where you live.
► Giclee prints
Giclee prints will be printed, numbered and hand-signed within 3-5 days after placing the order and sent to you via regular Estonian mail. Shipping will take up to 2-3 weeks to deliver depending on where you live.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries.

The artist reserves all reproduction rights. No work may be reproduced in any manner whatsoever with out express, written consent of the artist.
CUSTOM PORTRAITS FAQ:
► What mediums do you offer?
Graphite pencil drawings, colored pencil drawings, soft pastel paintings and pen sketches.
► What sizes do you offer?
Classic sizes A5, A4, A3, A2. Don’t hesitate to ask if you’d like a square or panorama type of drawing.
► If I want more than one subject on the drawing, will it cost more?
No. Price depends only on the size and medium, no matter how many subjects there are.
► Is it possible make a drawing from several different photos?
Yes. If you would like more than one subject on the drawing, it is possible to combine them from different photos.
► How long does it take to make a drawing?
It mainly depends on the format (bigger formats take more time) and medium (colored drawing takes more time than black and white one). It also depends on what I’m drawing. For example it takes much more time to draw a black dog than a white dog, because there is more to color.
If you are wondering how long will it take to make a drawing for you, just ask and I will answer you depending on how many commissions I have at that moment (keep in mind that holidays are the busiest time + add 2 additional weeks to shipping). Make sure you have enough time before you need the drawing or I will not manage to get it done on time.
► Can I see my portrait before you send it to me?
Yes. I never send out any portraits without the client seeing and approving them. I’ll send you a picture as soon as I’ve finished the drawing. Keep in mind a photo rarely does justice to the original piece.
