I purchased a painting on Dec.8th. I contacted the seller a week later and she said she didn't see that I paid her. She mailed it out on Dec.15th. I contacted her several times after that to mention that it still had not arrived. I had to file a claim with Etsy in order for this seller to follow up with the post office. This showed a lack of concern. The painting was a Christmas gift for my boss, which came in the mail on Dec.26th. Not only did I have to push this seller to follow up with the post office, she refused to refund my shipping cost. So much agrivation, and yet her last note to me was that I could never contact her or her shop ever again. It seemed the only person who was concerned about the painting arriving on time was myself, the customer.

I shipped my painting out five business days after this order. I paid almost $20 in shipping, the buyer only paid $15. I shipped it 2 day Priority & insured it against lost or damage, at my expense. I started tracking the package the day I was told it had not arrived. USPS told me it was only delayed because of high volume. Buyer demanded a refund of entire cost before my painting even got there. I offered to refund her money if the USPS deemed it lost or if she returned it. Again, she demanded a refund. The case was closed IN MY FAVOR by etsy because she had no right to demand a refund. The USPS does not refund shipping on regular priority mail, but she insisted I refund her shipping. This buyer is a bully. I have been selling since 2006 & have 298 other reviews & they are all FIVE STARS.

I am a self taught artist. I love animals and nature, which shows up in most of my work! I hope you enjoy visiting and looking at what I've created.

Payment
I prefer paypal payments, but happily accept personal checks and money orders. Items paid for with a check will be held until it clears my bank. This usually doesn't take too long. I ask that you pay in a timely manor, but if you are having difficulty doing so, please just contact me. I'm always willing to work things out!

PAYMENT PLANS are accepted on my higher priced items. Again, just contact me with your request and we'll work out a good plan for both of us.
Shipping
I ship through USPS, usually in seven business days. I can always add insurance, delivery confirmation and such for a small extra fee. Just let me know that you want it and I'll revise your invoice to include it!
Refunds and Exchanges
I have never had an item returned, but would gladly take anything back that you are unhappy with, as long as it is returned to me in the original condition that I sent it to you in. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Items damaged or lost in the mail will be the responsiblity of the buyer and the post office. (I have also never had anything damaged in the mail...knock on wood...thunk,thunk.)
