Custom and personalized orders
I am open to discussing custom orders if I have an opening. The time frame on a custom piece will vary and we can discuss particulars at the time of your inquiry. Please note that that I am unable to provide a refund on custom orders but I will work very closely with you while I am creating your piece to ensure that it is just as you request.
Once I know what you want created and payment has been received, I will begin working on your project. I will send you a sketch of the design before I begin painting if needed, as well as a picture of the finished product before it is shipped to you. :)
Order cancellations
Once I receive an order, I often begin packaging the item immediately so it can be taken to the post office as soon as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please contact me right away.

Packaging materials and my home environment
I do use recycled boxes and packaging materials to ship my items whenever possible. I do not include paper receipts in packages as they are available electronically for your records. If you need me to include one, please say so in the “note to seller” section at checkout. All items are made in a smoke-free and dog-friendly home! Woof! :)
Can I use your stickers in my art and sell what I make using them?
No, I do not give permission for my stickers to be resold in any combination of art that you may make with them. They are for personal use only.
Shipping Method and Times
I ship via USPS. Typically for U.S. orders, packages under 16 ounces ship via First Class Mail (2-6 days to be delivered) and packages over 1 pound ship via Priority Mail (1-4 days to be delivered). Delivery times are not guaranteed and are only estimates.
DO NOT ORDER unless you're willing to take a chance on the estimates being correct. The post office does not guarantee delivery dates, and it's totally out of my control. I don't guarantee that anything will be received on specific dates.
During busy times (such as holiday season) packages may take much longer to be delivered. Tracking info is available once I drop off your item at USPS and is sent to the email address associated with your account.
Do you ship to Europe?
Due to complex shipping, packaging, and tax collection laws, I do not ship many of my items to countries in Europe.
Are VAT taxes and import fees included in the price?
Individual countries have different laws about import taxes and fees. The buyer is responsible for paying any fees collected when the package is picked up. I can't mark an item as a gift to avoid paying those fees, that's considered mail fraud and is illegal.
VAT taxes are charged by individual countries, and laws are different everywhere. If Etsy is required to collect VAT taxes they will be charged when the sale goes through.
Certain countries have additional customs and postal fees which are imposed when the package is delivered. It's the responsibility of the customer to check on any laws specific to his or her own country and to pay any additional fees.
My package is marked delivered by the post office, but I don't have it! Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, if the post office marks the package as delivered, I have to take that as proof of delivery, and refunds or replacements will not be available. It's the customer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location or ask and pre pay for a signature delivery.
If this does happen, check with anyone who may have picked up the package and brought it in. After that, check with neighbors, or look around your house to see if the mail carrier left it in an inconspicuous area. After that, check with the post office in person to get the GPS reading from the delivery scan. In the case of stolen packages, you should file a stolen package report with the police and the post office so that they can track patterns of theft in your area.
Failed Delivery Due to Wrong Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and up to date name and address for successful USPS delivery. If an APT/UNIT/PO BOX number are needed, you must include this information.
If the address was wrong or missing information, the tracking may say it was delivered, but will be returned to sender. The buyer may be asked to cover the cost of reshipment, as it was not my fault for this delivery failure. If I receive any orders back, I will reach out via Etsy messages to notify you.
