Returns and exchange details
If you change your mind and want to cancel an order, please let me know as soon as possible. Once something has been dispatched, I can't refund shipping costs anymore. You can still return the item to me and receive a refund for the cost of the item itself, provided you return it in its original condition (ie undamaged). I don't accept returns on custom-made orders.

You can also exchange items for other items of equal or similar value; please send me a message with details and we can work something out!

I double-check all items and packaging before I send it to make sure that everything is in order. If an item arrives damaged, please let me know and send it back so I can give you a refund or exchange it.
All items are sent by default via standard post, and most standard-post items will be sent in a standard paper envelope. A packaging upgrade is available. Standard post items are NOT trackable. PLEASE NOTE that I am NOT responsible for delayed, lost, or undelivered packages, which is always a (very small) risk with standard post.

If you want to be able to TRACK your order, you'll need to have it sent by REGISTERED POST, so please make sure to select that option during checkout! If you do, you'll receive a tracking code and the order will probably need to be signed for on arrival. It will also be insured.

I aim to dispatch all orders within a few days days. If there's a delay for any reason, I'll be in touch and let you know!

I don't guarantee any specific delivery dates. If you need your order by a specific date, please be sure to let me know in advance, and we can try to work something out.

I try to re-use or recycle packaging whenever possible to reduce the impact on the environment and keep packaging costs as low as possible.

There should be no customs charges on any orders, but if in doubt, please check your country's rules and laws on the matter. I can't and don't accept any responsibility for customs charges or restrictions.
Additional policies and FAQs

> When will my order arrive?

Within Europe, average shipping time is 5-7 working days, though it can take up to a month, in rare cases even longer. Outside of Europe, average shipping time is 2 weeks, though it's not rare for it to take a month or more. It depends on how fast the postal service works, customs, weather, strikes, etc.

> I put the wrong address during checkout!

No problem, just send me a message with the correct address, and I'll send it there instead.

> Why can't my order be tracked?

Only orders sent by registered post can be tracked. This is an option during checkout and costs extra because the postal service charges extra for it.

> Can you make a bookmark/print of X?

I can only sell bookmarks and prints of my ow art. If I haven't drawn it, I can't sell it. If I have drawn it, but don't currently offer it as a print or bookmark, I can order it in, but it would likely take several weeks.

> Can you draw X?

Sure! I do commissions:
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewellery, for example), if you contact me directly.

Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;
if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as the postal service. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

Data Retention

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years. I do not store this data on my computer or hard drive.

Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Your Rights

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:

Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
