We make every effort to ensure the safe journey of our canvases but please let us know if there is a problem (we're happy to say there hasn't been one yet!).
Payment
AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS: If you would like to pay in Australian dollars, when you go to the 'Checkout' click OTHER at 'Accepted Payment Types' and then request a Direct Deposit Invoice in Australian Dollars in the 'Message to Seller' box. We can then email the invoice to you.
If you select to pay via PayPal the price is in USD. For currency conversion visit: http://www.xe.com/ucc/.
If we don't receive your payment within 3 DAYS of placing your order, we will cancel your order and it will be removed from both of our Etsy records.
Shipping
All canvases are wrapped in bubble-wrap and placed in a sturdy postal package for shipment.
Please note that the price of shipping internationally includes both postage and packaging.
Shipping Australia-wide is free.
