This item was what you hope for when you ask for something personalized! The picture captured our girls personality and was a special gift for a really special day. I ordered a print instead of just a download. The seller was so helpful when the USPS app was giving me false updates, and made sure that regardless of the status of the picture, we would figure out what to do on the day we needed it. I will be ordering more of these, for every kid in the family(there are so many, get ready!)
