I cannot say anything negative about this supplier. I received my bonsai tree very quickly. I was amazed at how well it was packaged. I did not lose any soil out of the pot during shipping. The tree was perfect, I simply added water and placed it near a window with direct sunlight. You cannot go wrong with this supplier. The tree came with a miniature figurine to asset the bonsai tree.
