Welcome to our little family shop! Here you'll find handmade items which are beautiful and useful at the same time. We hope that you'll enjoy our products just as much as we enjoy making them. If you have any questions or requests, don't hesitate to contact us.
For international orders we only accept PayPal, as we think it is the easiest and safest way for both customer and seller to close an online transaction. If you live in Spain, we could also accept a wire transfer as a method of payment. Please contact us for details if you'd rather pay this way.
We ship worldwide. Your item will be shipped in 1-2 business days after payment has cleared. The postal service we use is Correos (which is the national Spanish equivalent of USPS in the US, or Royal Mail in the UK). The shipping prices listed in our store by default are for REGISTERED AIRMAIL, which comes with a tracking number. If you'd rather have your order sent by First Class Mail or any other method, please let us know, and we'll adjust the shipping prices accordingly. Please note that international customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes that their country might apply at customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
Our first priority is for our customers to enjoy our products! So, if by any chance you are not happy when you receive your packet (whether it is because we sent the wrong item or because there is something wrong with the product), we'll be glad to refund or exchange the item for a different one. Just keep in mind that we will refund the cost of the item, but not the shipping charges. If you'd like to ask for a refund/exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving our packet.
